Exchanges and returns
The product you ordered not quite living up to your expectations? Or did you receive a defective product? Don't hesitate to get in touch, so we may try to get you a better or new item. Take note of the following points so we can make sure to get everything in order as quickly as possible.
Return time of 14 days
You have a 14-day timeframe in which you can send back the purchased items without any fee. Be sure to check out the items you received within this time period so you'll know for sure that they are what you expected of it. Not happy with the items you ordered? Don't worry, just send them back to us by using the below form, and we'll refund your purchase. Did you get a defective item? No problem, we'll get you a working one as quickly as possible!
Did you already make extensive use of the product, but find it is falling short of your expections? Please get in touch with us, and we'll see what we can do for you.
How can I return or trade my ordered products?
Please use the form below to accounce which products you would like to trade or return. This way we can make sure that your products will be dealt with swift and securely once they arrive at our warehouse. After submitting the form you will receive an e-mail from us within 48 hours with further explanations of the return-policy and what further action is required from you. Do note that any shipping costs you have to make to return the items you bought to us will not be refunded, and are at your own risk.
Almost all products can be traded or returned without any problem. However, there are a few exceptions:
- Software of which the sealing or packaging has been opened,
- articles which cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons, such as headphones,
- consumables like paper, ink, batteries, etc.
After the 14 day return time
